RICHARD MAYBERRY

Richard Mayberry, an estate planning and elderlaw attorney, assists families with living trusts, advanced medical directives, powers of attorney, and wills & probate.

Dick advances an eldercare approach to manage financial and legal burdens, pick residential options, select medical care in line with client wishes and avoid unwanted aggressive medical treatment and to preserve and protect assets in an era where life expectancy has dramatically risen and the concern is focused on quality of life.

Dick is a older adult's legal advocate when dealing with the bureaucracy and he focuses on protecting one of our most precious assets - the family house.

Dick is a regular speaker in plain English on the technical aspects of estate planning and eldercare law at adult education programs in Northern Virginia.
